2 oz Neversink Apple Brandy
½ oz fresh lime juice
4 oz ginger beer
1 drop absinthe (optional)
Build over ice in mule mug. Garnish with lime wheel.

1 oz Vermouth Rosso
1 dash angostura bitters
Stirred, served in tumbler on the rocks. Garnish with orange peel.

1 ½ oz Neversink Apple Brandy
¾ oz Manzanilla Sherry
¾ oz Cynar
Stirred, strained into coupe glass. Garnish with chamomile flower.

1 oz Neversink Apple Brandy
½ oz Amaro Nonino
½ oz Lemon Juice
Top with champagne or sparkling wine
Shake first 3 ingredients, strain into champagne flute, top with champagne
Palomita Blanca
½ oz Mezcal
½ oz Neversink Apple Brandy
½ oz fresh lime juice
1 oz Giffard Pamplemousse grapefruit liqueur
Shake well, strain into coupe glass, garnish with lime wheel.
Mulled Apple Cider
4 oz spiced, warmed fresh apple cider
2 oz Neversink Apple Brandy
Warm cider on stove with cloves, cinnamon, and all spice. Strain cider into mug. Add brandy and garnish with lemon slice.
