A blend of brandy aged for approximately 1 year before blending with bittersweet cider pressed from heirloom apples. The blend is aged in neutral french oak barrels for a minimum of 1.5 years.
The result is “intensely aromatic with loads of warm spices,” said Fiasco’s McKee.
